At Seashore Group, we believe that our success is closely linked to our social responsibility. In recent years, the Group has launched several community initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and well-being of the community. We do this by helping the underprivileged, participating in blood donation campaigns, cleaning beaches and providing essential services such as healthcare and education. We also seek to nurture Qatari talent through sports and cultural initiatives, and sponsor programs that aim to train young people to lead the transformation to a sustainable future.
We are committed to continuing our social and environmental initiatives that contribute to the development of society and promote humanitarian value, embracing best environmental practices, and working with local and international partners to achieve the environmental sustainability goals of the Qatar National Vision 2030.

The project prioritizes preserving the Village's cultural identity while creating a sense of stepping back in time. This is achieved by meticulously protecting and renovating the existing buildings, preserving all period details, and emphasizing the social dimension by reconnecting the local community through hosting artistic and social events in the Village.
The preserved architecture and atmosphere of Al Mafjar Village stimulates visitors' curiosity to experience the past, while dedicated spaces in the Village facilitate community engagement and provide venues for artistic and social gatherings.
